    Can I purchase an a la carte meal?
    The Warabi experience is a omakase nine course menu style. It is not designed for a la carte orders and as such we would be unable to accommodate these requests.

    Yes, we highly recommend pre-booking as spaces are strictly limited. If space is available, the cutoff for the full omakase experience is 1:30PM on the day.
  • Can I bring my child under the age of 12 years?
    Can I bring my child under the age of 12 years?
    The Warabi omakase experience is not designed for those aged 12 and under and we are unable to accommodate any child under the age of 12 years. Please note the Omakase menu style can not be modified. 
  • Can I park my car at W Melbourne?
    Can I park my car at W Melbourne?
    Due to limited spaces, valet car parking at W Melbourne is strictly limited to hotel guests only. 
  • Do you accommodate for dietary restrictions?
    Do you accommodate for dietary restrictions?
    Due to the nature of the dining experience, we are unable to cater for vegans, or those unable to eat raw fish, shellfish, or rice. For any other dietary restrictions, a minimum of 48hours notice is required.
  • What happens if I am late for my booking?
    What happens if I am late for my booking?
    Dinner starts at 5:30 pm and 8pm, should you arrive late you may miss out on the first course. This will result in your menu being reduced. However, the price will remain the same. 

    The door will open 15 minutes prior to your reservation time, and food will be served from (5:30pm or 8pm).

    We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation, reduction of diners or date changes. Thereafter, the full cost of the food menu – $285 per person – will be charged.
