The Warabi Omakase Dining Experience
A contemporary Japanese dining experience, Warabi emphasises fresh ingredients and masterful techniques, alongside elevated beverage pairings in an omakase setting.
The multi-course menu changes seasonally, using only the highest quality ingredients. Our head chef will guide through a casual yet refined dining experience, channeling 'kappo' which directly translates to ‘cut and cook' and celebrates the chefs' craftsmanship and precise preparation techniques.
SPRING MENU
Komorebi - "sunlight filtering through leaves"—captures the fleeting beauty of spring in Japan.
Inspired by sakura blossoms, our chefs have curated a selection of tender young vegetables such as peas, broad beans, and chrysanthemum greens to celebrate the vibrant flavours of the season. The fresh ocean spring harvest is highlighted across multiple courses, with local and Japanese ingredients such as firefly squid (hotaruika) and Japanese halfbeak (sayori).
Indulge in a menu showcasing the texture and aroma of spring's renewal, with a rotating selection of handcrafted sushi, tender wagyu, and fresh seafood, culminating in a sakura-inspired dessert.
On weekends, the experience deepens with a traditional tea ceremony—an elegant tribute to spring's themes of growth and renewal.

In Japan there is a saying ‘Nihonshu wa ryori wo erabanai' which loosely translates that sake does not clash with food. We have curated a beverage list that sits in harmony with our seasonal menu, taking you on a journey across omakase experience.
The Naturalist - an exploration of non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails - $68 per person
The Realist - a curated selection of sake and wine - $120 per person
The Expressionist - an elevated pairing of premium range of sake and wine - $190 per person
THE FINER DETAILS
Due to the nature of our omakase menu, we are unable to cater for certain dietaries including vegeterian, vegan, or allergies to raw fish, shellfish, or rice. For any other dietary restrictions, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
The Warabi dining experience is suitable for guests aged 12 years and older.

All reservations are allocated a two-hour dining window, and there is a 15-minute grace period to hold the table. If arriving after the grace period, a reduced menu will be provided however the cost per person will remain the same. The door will open 15 minutes prior to your reservation time, and food will be served from the commencement of the sitting time.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation, reduction in diners or change of dates. Thereafter, the full cost of the food menu will be charged per guest.
